Up next we went to the WA Surf Gallery at the Aravina Estate Winery In Margaret River. Not only were there surfboards and pictures of the area but there were classic cars as well. Each artifact has its own unique story and place in history. From surfboards rode and crafted by famous surfers, to classic cars that once carried surfers and their boards to the ocean, this museum has something for everyone.
According to their own website, "The WA Surf Gallery will be the first and only official collection of surfing memorabilia in Western Australia, ideally located in one of the nation’s most iconic surfing spots." Newly added to the gallery are never before seen photos of surfers and the surf culture by photographers Greg Woodward and Ric Chan. Each photograph is a look back at history. Share the knowledge
